The food selection impressed me. I found a lot of high-quality options. the staff at the pool was attentive and helpful, always keeping the area clean. the rooms were serviced daily with fresh towels and bedding, which i appreciated. (the little things make a difference!)

The hotel seems dated in some areas. I think it needs some updates. the wifi was an additional charge, and i found it didn't work very well. the evening entertainment wasn't really up to par, in my opinion.

Acceptable but Flawed Experience

The food, I must admit, was generally palatable and it could feed a human.

My bungalow seemed it had not any upgrade since the 80s. The air conditioning was a joke and emitted strange noises all night long. Sleeping was really a challenge. I asked for a late checkout and the first offer it seemed extortionate, but they magically lowered the price after I spoke with the manager. It looks like they are trying to see how far they can push the guests, not very welcome.

The food wasn't great, it lacked variety and quality. the room felt dated. The furniture seemed old and worn. it wasn't the worst experience, but i expected more.
